atwood champion .60

hi guys i have aquired an atwood champion .60 ignition motor. but do not know which of the models it is. it has ---

1 backplate and stovepipe intake molded as one
2.thin head with fore and aft fins
3 exhaust ort rectangular with radiused ends

since some parts are chipped and worn as well i am looking to restore it but need to find out which of the series it is looing at woodys engine catalog it looks like a possible jh thanx smitty :D

Smitty, are you sure the stovepipe isn't screwed into the intake? My ECJ doesn't mention it either way, but I see Dan sitter has stovepipes for sale on his eBay store site. I'll have to look closely at my Super Champs to see how they're connected. That thin head sounds like it's from a model prior to the Super Champs. Maybe the factory was just using up the inventory.

yeah the intake does screw in ,i cleaned out a little crud and gave it a twist and losened it . this will savve me money on the rebuild ,i got woodys engine catalog recently and he has a fair asortment of parts for the atwood. thanx smitty :D :D
