Thats really a personal opinion. The Atom and O&R Custom are my favorites.

I run Atwoods (Super Champions), Ohlsson 23 and 60 sideports, Anderson Spitfires, and Orwick 64's. The Ohlsson's start and run easy. The Andersons are well made and are very powerful, as are the Orwicks. For just putting around with old time free flights, the Ohlssons are hard to beat. There only downfall is that they do not come apart easily, as the cyl. are spot welded in the crank case. Super Cyclone's are also good running. For old time control line models, the Spitfires and Orwicks can't be beat as far as I am concerned. The Atwood Super Champions are a close second along with the Super Cyclones.
