really really tite piston in 11cc inboard (k&b) need hel

hi ihave a k&b 11cc inboard and i just but a new piston and sleeve in it the ? i have is now when i turn it over it wont i mean when the piston starts to get close to tds i cant turn it over the rest of the way even if i try to turn it over by hand. should the piston and sleeve be that tight?

hi- Ihad the the same problem with aplane engine I think a magniumI usad a heat gun on the cylinder while it was still hot I fired it upIput extra oil in the fuel and ran it as fast as it would go to keep the heat in it and then it broke it in by the directions. good luck Erik
