A friend from Holland and myself are collaborating on doing a series of ebooks on this subject, where he is the re-builder/author and I am the editor/publisher. To date we have a series of 8 volumes published on various classic vintage engines which may be of interest to users of this forum. I could supply the link to these volumes if anyone is interested.
