I just rebuilt an old boat and I am having difficulties with the cable going from the servo to the carburator. It does not seem to work all that well. At this time I am only testing my work on the boat and the steering cable is operating fine. I have searched the internet for any form of answer with no luck. I am currently using a bicycle cable connected form the servo to the carburator..... Help

you must use the inner and outter cable like a bike cable to connect to the throttle. The outter housing must be hels in place at the engine and near the serco. That way the throttle setting will not change when the engine is steered.
