Wanted...Early model Killer Bee

Postby bogateer » Thu Aug 10, 2006 11:34 am

Any body have an early model..either .049 or .051 Killer Bee they's wish to part with? I'm looking for the circa 1996 or before version that put out real power versus the current crop of renamed Babe Bees.

Thanks,

Rob

Why not go for a TD049. They are still available and they are the most powerful Jim

Another way to put life intp current KB is install Davis diesel crank. Find older true tapered TD piston and liner. Increase intake size, install a teflon reed. This will put you over 20,000 rpm's. 25% nito fuel and add a couple head shims to save plug. Also Nelso head botton and plug. You will have some bucks into engine but a screamer. Or like what was said use a older TD . A taper p/l you can not push piston out through the top.
