A close look at the spraybar might show a "shoulder" on one side. Cox Medallions, as an example... Press these out from the other side, of course.
RE-instaling them is the same process in reverse, pretty much. Take some care to put the spraybar jet where it should be - either straight down the choke airflow passage, or slightly out of sight from the choke opening.
(Choke: the air inlet. If, as on the Cox Medallions, it is tilted forward, use that as a guide to "straight down the choke." Some tests on larger engines have indicated that 'suction' at the jet location is better just out of sight. The spraybar restricts airflow; the greater the restriction, the greater the suction, i.e., the greater the pressure drop from atmospheric. "Straight down the hole" is further around than that.)
