What is the proceedure to have a 7.5 engine run reliably backwards for twin inboad installations?

If it is a front rotor, you will need a new crankshaft with the intake cut for the correct timing. If rear rotor, you need a rotor timed for clockwise running. You might consider offsetting one engine and use a 1:1 gear for shaft reversal.

Reverse

If it is a older engine with a bolt on front end you can take the bolts out & turn the front end 90 degrees to the left & it will run backwards . If I remember right ? Good luck , MAX H.
