.91 or .67???

Postby Jack Fusion » Tue Mar 01, 2011 10:26 am

I have 4 engines that I need to confirm the size of them. The number on the cast mounting bar is H92082 ( 3 of them ) and the other has 0003145.
I have been told that the 0003145 is a .67
Can anyone tell me what size these are?
Are the blocks the same for both these engines and just the crankshaft and piston/sleeves different?

Jack

We're going to need more info before we can help. What make are they? Are you able to post pictures? Please advise.

They are K&B inboard engines. They look identical as the .67 family on the K&B website. I am hoping someone can identify them from the # on the casting. I don't have any pics right now but will work on that.[/url]

If the outside dimensions are identical between the four motors, why not pop off the cylinder heads and measure the piston diameter and piston stroke and do the math.

The 3 engines don't have pistons or sleeves in them. I wanted to order the sleeve and piston but didn't know if I could just choose the .91 or if the blocks were different. The one that is supposed to be a .67 is complete and if I can find out from the block #'s then I will have to disassemble and measure.
