Vintage K&B .40 serial #H0000747

I believe this engine is a model 8011. I was wondering about a marine conversion. I see Mecoa has a head button, and water jacket that will fit this model. Curious about flyweel and collet assembly. The prop hub has a pin in it. Also I see a thread in rc groups.com where someone has converted to marine. It seems he has kept the prop hub and just added a collet assembly without the use of the marine flywheel. It seems that the marine flywheel uses a tapered collet. What do I need to convert this engine to marine. Any thoughts appreciated.

So I came across someone selling some .40 k&b parts. I have got just about everything I need for this conversion. Question on the flywheel. The flywheel is off a marine 4012, so it has the tapered end on it. My 8011 has the small flywheel with pin installed through flywheel. I know that the 4012 has a bigger front bearing than the 8011, so will the flywheel collet (tapered bushing), with the larger flywheel work on my 8011? Thanks for any help
