K&B .61 Muffler bolts/ what thread size?

I've got a few K&B mufflers that don't have bolts, I've tried 6-32 size bolts and they don't work. These are the sport mufflers for the ringed .61 engines. Does anyone know the thread size? Any help is appreciated.

They are a 5-40 thread on all except the Twister. The Twister is 6-32
