Moving Needle Valve on Older Style K & B

Postby andernamen » Fri Apr 08, 2005 1:32 pm

I've got an old .40 K & B engine that I recently acquired off e-bay. It has never been run and appears to be 20-30 years old. The needle valve is directly on the carb and I'd like to move it back if possible. Can this be done? If so, what parts do I need and how do I do this. Also, is a gasket required between the engine and muffler? The box did not include one. Thanks, Jim

No gasket between the muff and engine.

You would need to order the new style carb and remote needle.
