How do I grease prop shaft on k & b 7.5 ob

I removed the prop nut, shock washer and prop. Romoved the two small allen screws on bushing but won't come off??? I also have a little wobble in the prop shaft, when is it time to change it. Thanks

You don't take apart the prop shaft. You can unscrew it from the lower unit (LEFT HAND THREAD) and then grease the flex shaft and prop shaft.
