need help on 7.5 not working please help

i have a k/b 7.5 its missing some screws but i have the carb, fly wheel, engine, and all the outboard stuff.

when i turn the fly wheel the prop moves but he piston doesnt, whats with that??? am i missing stuff or is something broken

PLEASE HELP!!!

My first thought was a broken crank or con rod, easy enough to check. Take off engine and remove back plate, you can tell from there.
