RPM's of K&B .61 twister

Mine is a twist on head and has a sportster style carb and a tuned pipe.

Question is how many RPM can I get out of this and how? I have run a gallon of fuel through mine and can only get 11,200 RPM with a 12x7 prop.

Is this all I can expect out of this model? Should I prop down? The manual says that it can do 14000, How can I get this?

with 15% nitro and an 11x7 or 8 you should get there. Which tuned muffler do you have? How long is it 7" or 12"?
