K&B 3.5 #8382

I'm looking at a new in box K&B engine on ebay and I can find no info. on it. It has 3.5 on the side, it looks old enough that it appears to have a clamped in prop shaft, the sticker in the box says NO. 8382 3.5cc SII and it appears to be exhaust throttled. I'd consider purchasing it to add to my collection(about 10) of engines. Auction ends soon. Please HELP!!!!!!! Thanx, Jerry
