I've got a eccentric screw that won't stay in. Can't tell if the problem is the screw or the hole threads. I've found the part # for the screw 84-5946 but don't see how to order one. Also, would one of the newer carbs be easier/more reliable? Will the perry carb fit it?
Thanks for answering all of these "dumb" questions for all of us,
we really appreciate all your work.

go to this page and check the box next to that part number
https://shop.mecoa.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=159
then click the bar at the bottom of the screen.
I have no clue which is bad without seeing them. I suppose the perry would fit but don't know the product line. The newer K&B carbs with the remote needles don't even use the eccentric screw.
