K&B .21 Outboard Lower Unit Assembly

I have an old 8906 Model Outboard and would like to upgrade the lower unit to allow me to run a tuned pipe.

If I order the Lower Unit Assembly Part No. 50-8903 does this come with everything e.g.
Lower Unit Halves
Water Tube
Screw Set
Prop Shaft Assembly (incl. Prop Nut & Prop Shock)
Flex Cable
Teflon Tube

I assume the Steering Arm Part No.56-8921 & Hinge Plate Part No. 56-8934 would also need to be ordered??

The lower unit is complete with the parts you listed an even the hinge plate and pin are included. You would have to order the steering arm seperate.
