i have a k&b 67 inboard and would like to know the best location to tap
into the crankcase for a exhaust pressure port or if thats possible on
a motor with a disk valve?
also the carb base line settings for a starting point i beleive its a older style carb without a disk
also approx prop size for a kb 67 in a dumas sport 40 class hydro
wood hull
last but not least what kind of speed should i be able to get with this
set up? approx. thanks randy

Well you have a contradiction in terms. You can't get exhaust pressure from the crankcase. The best location for an exhaust pressure tap is the largest diameter on the exhaust system. If you want crankcase pressure you can tap in opposite the intake port position on the rear cover. This will give you a fairly high pressure pulse.

as for prop size click

Speed depends on hull and weight. I am not an expert on boats so I won't guess. Sorry
