K&B 40 Muffler

Postby gwilly » Thu Jul 13, 2006 9:19 pm

I have an older K&B 40 that has a pitts style muffler on it and I need a conventional muffler. There are no bolt holes - it straps on around the engine body. Where can I get one? Any idea what model engine this is? Thanks for your help.

Price list shows $25. "Ouch."

Gotta be some less expensive alternative. You can buy a near new engine for that. Thanks anyway.

Yea I know...

Gas is $3.00+ a gallon
A1 Steak Sauce is $6.00 a bottle
Movies $10.00

and I use to be able to buy a new car for under $3000.00

This is all for stuff that's made/sold in the 100's of thousnads.

Actually when you consider we make maybe 100 of this specialty item at a time and that's a few year supply... Heck it should be $75.00

So my suggestion is to step up to a new engine with a trade in deal at
