K&B .18 Marine Engine question

I am looking at putting a .18 K&B in my Proboat Hydro. Can anyone tell me if this is a good motor? Has anyone done this conversion to a Proboat Hydro?

It appears that it will be a quick change except that the carb linkage is on the opposite side of the motor that came in the boat.

Can the carb be rotated 180 degrees and still operate OK?

Yes you can rotate the carb and it is a good engine.
