7.5 big carb blockoof screw?

i have a 7.5 inboard off ebay that needs some parts.It has the big carb on it that comes out the front but it has the needle adjustment on it and not the disk.it didnt have a fuel inlet nipple on it and it seems it could be mounted in two different locations. i could find a part # for the fuel inlet but not a blockoff screw for the other hole.any idea what part # the blockoff screw is so i can order this?

Does the needle have an aluminum thumb nut behind it with an o-ring?
