Inboard 11cc series engine SN 05154, any idea which one?

I have an 11cc series inboard engine, and can no longer remember which size it is. From the pictures on the site it looks like it could be the 11 or the 13cc. The serial number is 05154, and the carb is not the square type with a remote needle needle valve. It has a cast body with an integrated high speed needle. It could be from the early 1990's, but probably not any later than 1996.

You have to measure the bore.

.67 is .960"
.82 is 1.040"
.91 is 1.100
