7.5 K&B outboard rebuild?

I am thinking about rebuilding my 7.5 K&B outboard. I have ran it about 50 times over the past 10 years, a few times out of range and up onto shore where it over revved out of water for 30 to 60 seconds. It still runs ok, but it doesn't scream like it used to (tough motor!). The compression is still decent, but again, not like it used to be. What engine parts should I consider replacing, or do they make a rebuild kit for these motors?

We don't offer a "rebuild kit" as it it not known what parts actually need replacing.

Perhaps the fuel you are using isn't up to par. That would cause the lack of power too.

Run 40% and higher with that engine I ran 30 and below and it never ran that good...make sure you fog the engine after every run as running with high contents of nitro may do little damage after running..Ive experienced this before on a couple of KB I have
