Piston / Sleeve for older 3.5 outboard

I'm looking for a piston / sleeve for an older 3.5 outboard. The engine has the short skeg and an exhaust throttle.

The modern part number is 33-8901, but is for a sleeve having a .765 OD. My sleeve has a .75 OD, and a .65 ID.

Are these still available? If so, what's the part number?
