K&B .82 inboard 5350

Postby Mk » Fri Jul 13, 2007 6:10 am

Hi

I have a brand new .82 inboard marine engine ( H92082 ) with an early style carb.
But my problem is that the Main needle and its o-ring and locking nut is missing.
Can i buy these parts, or is it out of stock?

Hi

There are two types of carburator styles, the old one with intigrated main needle and the new style with the optional spray bar for engine tuning with rc.
Can i use the new carb instead the old style type.
Can anybody give me the number to order it.
thanks

Yes the old parts are available
the part numbers as follows
lock cap 5217
o-ring 5218
needle 5217 5216
listed here
https://shop.mecoa.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=167

The only new carb we have uses a remote needle so you would have to buy both 80-6701 and 985-002
listed on the same link above

HiMecoa,

I have ordered the parts over six weeks ago via visacard online.
Four weeks ago i asked via e-mail to mecoa1@att.net if my order has been shipped. I haven`t got a reply since .
The order is entered in the system.
Is something go wrong with the payment?
My boot is allready finished, i need the parts to use my k&b 82 on the next rc-powerboot meeting.
