Help Needed with an K&B 11cc

I have an older K&B 11cc Outboard that has never been ran. I've been attempting to get it running but I have been unsuccesful. Is there any advice on where I can start on getting it running. I took it all apart and lubed the drive shaft and made sure the piston and the inside of the engine wasn't rusty or gummed up. Put in a new glow plug. I can't get it to even fire and it is kind of hard to turnover. HELP :cry:

You need to use an electric starter to spin the motor cone clockwise. Reverse the leads on your standard airplane starter and try again.
