.65 Sportster Props

Postby RC Pilot » Tue Mar 24, 2009 3:23 pm

I have a twin with 2, .65 sportsters on 2 bladed props & it's too fast and yes, I know how to use throttle. How big a 3-blade can I use? Motors are mounted with the heads outboard and mufflers at the bottom. I can adjust them close enough without electronic help such as a synch. I use a tach, however. What would you suggest for a 3 blade prop? :?:

I am already running 12X6 3-blade props and it still flies like it's tail is on fire. Should I try a 12X8 if I can find one or is a 13" available?

I said...

You said you want it to go slower.
