K&B .91 or .67

Postby Jack Fusion » Wed Mar 02, 2011 9:42 am

I have 4 K&B engines that I want to confirm the size. The numbers on the cast mounting bar is H92082 (3 of them) and the other has 0003145. I have been told that the 0003145 is a .67. The 0003145 is complete and if necessary will remove the head to measure but would like to know if it can be identified just by the numbers.
I believe that the other 3 are supposed to be .91's but they don't have pistons or sleeves so I can't just measure them. I know that they are all from the same engine family but can you just install a .91 sleeve and piston to increase size or do you have to use a different crankshaft? I want to buy a sleeves and pistons for these but don't want to get the wrong ones. Can email pics if necessary.

I have to look up the sleeve OD. I can tell you the .91 and 1.00 are the biggest and the same ID/OD --- the .67 is the smallest and the .82 is in the middle.
