Sportster .20, .28

Postby Marvin Goldberg » Sat Oct 02, 2010 6:24 pm

The sportster 20-28 series is supposed to be identified by 20 stamped on the crank end; Am I correct? I have two I believe early Sportster .20, .28 engines that are not stamped on the crank but rather 20 & 28 is stamped on the mounting lug. Is this correctly done at the factory or by the former owner
Thank You
Marvin
