Hp .61 vs HB .61

Postby xeon19 » Sun Dec 14, 2008 8:22 pm

I have an old hp .61, I beileve it is a silver star it has a black head and I have an old HB .61 pdp which is frozen, any opinions on which engine is better or more reliable. I plan on using one on a heliboy project. Also will a new throttle arm fit the old hp .61

Thanks

Both are great engine. The HP is a higher RPM engine and the HB has more torque to turn a bigger prop slower. Your choice from here.

If you need the old plastic throttle you need to call 800-359-6972 as I only have a few.
