I am getting back into flying and tried to fire up my "trusty" no old 40 PDP. It was a mess inside and I will need to do some minor rebuildin.
The bearings appear to have some minor rust and I am going to replace them and clean her up good and hope she runs like she always did. It was the best most reliable engine I ever had. For $13.00 or so it's gota be worth replacing them.
I see the bearings are listed for Early or Late style. How can I tell which I have? I probably purchased the engine new in 1982. It would have been no earlier than 1980 and no later than 1982.
Thanks!

Sorry for the post here guys. I just saw where it posted how to tell the difference. It was in too obvious of a spot!!!!!!! I looked all over trying to find it. I never thought to look on the first page.
Seem's I've got a late model.
